How we are governed
The Centre is governed by two groups; the Management Group and the Advisory Board.
The Management Group
The Management Group oversees the strategy and scientific direction of the CDT, allocates PhD projects, and approves student progression. It also works towards integrating the CDT across both Universities as well as with industry partners (including subsidiaries). The Management Group consists of academics from the University of Nottingham, UCL, respresentatives from each of the our industrial partners as well as student representatives from our study body.
The Advisory Board
The Advisory Board consists of high-level academic and industrial members and alumni of the CDT. This group is responsible for ensuring that both the vision and direction of the CDT are on target.
