Team event 13.10.2017

Team working is an essential part of working in industry and academia. Led by the ‘Inspired People Network’, students and staff looked at team dynamics, types of personalities and how they contribute to team work. During the afternoon, theory was put into practice by building a giant rat trap with Mercado pieces and also  reflecting on  how each person contributes to and influences the team.
