Ioanna-Danai Styliari presents at Nottingham University Academy of Science and Technology

Ioanna-Danai Styliari continues her work as a STEM Ambassador, and presented a talk with the title “Women in Science” linked to the Marie Curie day. With the whole school attending the talk, the goal was to inspire young students, aged 13 to 19 years, to follow a STEM related career and to raise awareness about some very important female scientists and their contributions. Ioanna-Danai said after the talk: “The feeling that you might intrigue or even better influence one young person’s decision to follow a STEM pathway is really rewarding. This is why outreach activities value a lot and are worth every single minute.”
