Oran Maguire nominated for Dean’s Prize at UCL

Oran Maguire has been nominated for the 2017-2018 Dean’s Prize at UCL for his MSc research and thesis on the effect of size, surface curvature and culture serum type on the uptake of gold nanoparticles into cells — a project carried out under the supervision of Dr Gavin Jell at the UCL Division of Surgery at the Royal Free Hospital. He will present his research as a poster at UCL.

Oran is now a CDT student at the School of Pharmacy in Nottingham and is currently doing his first research training project.
