CDT Winter Colloquium at UCL

The first day of the CDT Winter Colloquium was held at UCL School of Pharmacy and focused on Nanomedicines. The Colloquium was also the first opportunity for our first year students to present posters of their work from their research training project.

The CDT would like to thank plenary speaker Dr James Phillips, a Reader in Regenerative Medicine at the UCL School of Pharmacy, for his talk on ‘Nervous system tissue engineering and regenerative medicine’. We would also like to thank all student presenters and the 1st year students who presented their mini-project posters. A special thank you to Raphael Egbu and Ruggero Foralosso for chairing the session. The Colloquium concluded with bowling and pizza.
