Action based learning set kick-off sessions

Our second and third year students have started their action learning sets (ALS) in October. ALS is a structured problem solving and learning approach organised in groups called “sets”. In it, participants present challenges via a facilitated process and make progress on those challenges whilst at the same time learning and developing essential interpersonal and team working skills.  In the sets, learning takes place in the following two primary ways. They will now meet during the next academic year for further ALS sessions.
